Adidas’ 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ Film Features Footballer Shinji Kagawa & Suchmos Vocalist YONCE
07.June.2018 | FASHION
adidas have released a celebratory film titled ‘Create the Answer’ for the opening of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ street football world convention Tango League Final.
The video features appearances from over 50 of the world’s top creators including Lionel Messi, David Beckham, Pharrell Williams, and A$AP Ferg. Representing Japan in the video is Japanese professional football player Shinji Kagawa and YONCE, the vocalist of rock band Suchmos.
A host of football players make an appearance in the video representing their countries, such as Paul Pogba, Dele Alli and Mohamed Salah. Through the coming together of two football cultures―street and stadium―the film states that there is no one answer – the only answer is what you draw from your own creativity. Appearing at the end of the video are other top athletes including American football outside linebacker Von Miller and Danish professional tennis player Caroline Wozniacki.
The visuals above released together with the video feature top creators expressing how no two people hold the same answer to something through their respective fields.

27.February.2019 | MUSIC
Since their debut, Japanese rock group Suchmos has been speeding through their careers. Finally, the contents of their third full album “THE ANYMAL”, which will be released on Wednesday 27th March, has been announced.
Their third album took more than a year to make. It has been two years and two months since the breakthrough of their second album “THE KIDS”. Starting with “WATER”, which was one of the first songs on the album to be released, the band created a total of 12 new songs; all with a daredevil theme. The song “Kawarazu ni iru tameni, kawari tzuzukeru” personifies their current position.
To celebrate the new album release, Suchmos announced their arena one-man-live show that will take place in November. Many music distribution services such as iTunes have now started to stream Suchmos’ new songs such as “In The Zoo”, which inspired the name of the album title.
To add to all this exciting news, the album jacket photo has also been released!

Suchmos have released a one shot film for FUNNY GOLD, the band’s first ever love song that featured on their mini album THE ASHTRAY which was released back in June.
The film was directed by the group’s drummer OK marking his first ever directional debut. It features the kind of expressive nature made possible only by someone who was involved in the song’s writing process. OK also helped on the visuals for FUNNY GOLD‘s CD cover as pictured above.
In line with the film, Suchmos also released a playlist entitled Suchmos Winter Song 2018 across major streaming platforms including Spotify.
