Tomohisa Yamashita is currently in the midst of his nationwide tour TOMOHISA YAMASHITA LIVE TOUR 2018 UNLEASHED –FEEL THE LOVE- which is taking him to 15 venues across Japan for 33 concerts. The pop singer is set to release his new album UNLEASHED on November 28, his first in four years.

Tomohisa Yamashita will make his first appearance on the cover of the May issue of Numero Tokyo, on sale on March 28, 2022. Yamashita will appear in a special insert as well, which includes 24 pages exploring the singer’s appeal.
Tomohisa Yamashita, known to many as Yamapi or Tomo, is a singer, actor, and television host. Recently, he starred in the film The Man from Toronto and the TV series Drops of God. He is also an ambassador for the Dior beauty brand. “I’ve been extremely busy for the past year and a half, but I had made up my mind. I wanted to keep going for at least two years, or until I collapsed from exhaustion. I was in France for four months and was so incredibly homesick. I cooked for myself overseas, and that single rice cooker was my savior. I lost myself while I was cooking. I love it.” In the magazine interview, Yamashita talks about his busy life as an independent artist and his work in Japan and abroad. He also expresses his gratitude and love towards his fans. “There are very few people I can really open up to, but the fans have always been on my side. They’re an amazing source of free love. With the global eSports tournament Intel World Open having begun on Friday, Onitsuka Tiger announced a surprise partnership with Japanese actor and singer Tomohisa Yamashita. The collaboration includes a special YouTube series which launched its first episode on Tuesday which aims to promote the development of inclusivity in eSports. The series is titled Tomo’s Game Room and features numerous episodes that includes the Yamashita playing Street Fighter V Champion Edition, as well as another of him meeting with the winner of the tournament.
Onitsuka Tiger is also producing the official uniforms for the tournament. This includes six items such as a tracksuit, t-shirt, long sleeve tee and more which are designed around comfort.
