Japanese singer-songwriter Kiyoharu delayed the release of his upcoming 10th studio album JAPANESE MENU/DISTORTION by one week to March 25, 2020. But it’s not a complete loss for fans, who can look forward to hearing three tracks from the new album on March 18: SURVIVE OF VISION, which is the opening theme for the ongoing anime series Blade of the Immortal -Immortal-, as well as Outsider and Greigeーall of which will be released digitally.
The colourful new music video for SURVIVE OF VISION was also released, which you can check out below. It was filmed on the streets of Mexico.
Kiyoharu – “SURVIVE OF VISION” Music Video
The album’s artwork, pictured below, was made in collaboration with several illustrators from Yamanami Kobo.
It has already been showcased to fans that this rock album penetrates Japanese music rather than the Western rock scene, and this unique theme continues even in the artwork. JAPANESE MENU/DISTORTION 10 is a culmination of Kiyoharu’s 25 years in the industry, and we can’t wait to hear it.
