“Home cooking becomes more fun when it’s easy to make delicious food that exceeds your expectations, done with using a frying pan, the most familiar cooking utensil in the kitchen. When I tried some simple bean sprouts when testing the Vermicular Frying Pan, I was taken aback by how crispy the texture was and how delicious the bean sprouts were. They had taken on a taste I’d never had before. With home cooking on the rise right now, I hope that the Vermicular Frying Pan allows for people to cook like a pro easily from their own home. Aichi Dobby aims to keep on creating tools that are unique around the world and allow for people to enjoy life and cookingーto create items that change the way people live.”

“When I used the Vermicular Frying Pan, I was overwhelmed by how different it was to other frying pans out there. It evaporates the water content of ingredients straight away, so the food doesn’t boil. You can cook ingredients on the surface of the frying pan with a low level of water content which intensifies the flavour and makes food simply delicious. Ingredients also don’t get stuck together. It’s really easy to use. In the food prep business, combi steamers are the main players. Prepping in frying pans is on the decline. However, I believe this frying pan will change the cooking industry.”
