Today, I’ll be showing you a dreamy recipe on how to make the healthy Taiwanese snack douhua topped with Yukimi Daifuku mochi ice cream.
Ingredients
400ml soy milk
2-g Lakanto (Zero-calorie natural sweetener)
Pinch of salt
8g gelatin (dissolved in 1 tbsp water)
Pre-preparations
Stick bear-shaped sliced chocolate around the side of a glass and leave to set in the refrigerator.
1.
Warm soy milk and Lakanto in a saucepan until the Lakanto is completely dissolved.
2.
Add the gelatin and mix until fully dissolved.
3.
Leave the mix to cool. Once cooled, remove the glass from the refrigerator and pour the mix into the glass. Place back into the fridge until it sets.
4.
Add sliced almonds and use a chocolate pen on Yukimi Daifuku to create Korilakkuma’s face, or a face of your choice.
5.
Remove the glass from the fridge and add the Yukimi Daifuku. Choose your choice of toppings, like soy flour and brown sugar syrup, then enjoy!

In today's recipe, I'll be showing you how I made a batch of Pompompurin cheese tarts made using store-bought tart cups. Ingredients (Makes 9-10)
9-10 store bought tart cups 200g cream cheese (brought to room temperature) 20-30g sugar 1 egg yolk 50ml fresh cream 8g potato starch (katakuriko) Vanilla beans to taste (can be substituted for vanilla extract) 1 tbsp lemon juice Step 1
Pour the following ingredients into a bowl in this order: cream cheese→sugar→egg yolk→vanilla beans→fresh cream→potato starch. Mix well. Make sure when you put the potato starch in last that you sprinkle it thinly. Step 2 Bake the tart cups in an oven at 180℃ for 15-20 minutes. If you don't have store-bought cups, you can use small cocotte dishes. Today, I’ll be showing you how to make a Gudetama parfait made with a yogurt mousse and topped with orange and peach jelly. Ingredients Yogurt Mousse Ingredients: 100g sugar free yogurt 50ml fresh cream 20g sugar 3g gelatin *With the gelatin, mix well with 1 tbsp water Mikan & Yellow Peach Jelly Ingredients: 100ml mikan juice (or any orange juice) 150g tinned peaches (with syrup) 5g gelatin *With the gelatin, mix well with 1 tbsp water 1
①Mix the sugar into the yogurt well. Add in 7/10 of the fresh cream and mix well again. ②Microwave the gelatin for 10-20 seconds at 500w. Add into the mixture from ① and mix well. 2 Once the mixture has set in about ⅓ of a glass, add sliced chocolate on the inside for the eyes and mouth. I cut mine into shape using a toothpick. Make sure the chocolate is properly fixed to the glass at this point. 3 Put your yellow peach and mikan orange into a blender (but not the gelatin part). The syrup of the peaches is already sweet so there’s no need to add sugar. ②Microwave the gelatin for 10-20 seconds at 500w. Add into the blended mixture and mix well. Pour on top of the mix inside the glass. If there are any peach pieces left, cut them up and use them as toppings. Top with fresh cream and chopped fruit, and you’re done! I stuck Gudetama’s face on well and good so it looks like his chocolate face is on the outside. Be sure to try doing the same. Today, we'll be combining bitter matcha with anko red bean paste to create a delicious matcha cake. Each ingredient its mixed in sequence, so as long as you follow the recipe tips, you're sure to have your very own moist and tasty pound cake by the end of it. Ingredients (Makes One 18cm Pound Cake) 100g butter (room temperature) 90g granulated sugar 2 large eggs (room temperature) 100g wheat flour 5g Uji matcha powder 4g baking powder Anko to taste Making Keroppi's Face Eyes: Sliced White Chocolate Eyes & Mouth: Sliced Chocolate Cheeks: Strawberries Check out my video from this article for tips where I made Keroppi's face: https://www.moshimoshi-nippon.jp/ja/41842 1: Bring the butter to room temperature. Slowly add the granulated sugar to the butter while beating air into the mixture with a hand whisk until it turns a whitish colour and fluffy. 2: Beat an egg and bring to room temperature. Slowly pour into the mixture from Step 1 while mixing with the hand mixer. If you add it all or too much at once the egg will separate. 3: Sieve flour and mix and incorporate that, the matcha powder, and baking powder into the mixture. 4: Remove half of the mixture. Add the anko red bean paste into the remaining mixture, and then re-add the mixture you removed like a lid. Flatten the mixture's surface. Bake in the oven at 170° for approximately 40 minutes. If it starts burning at any point, cover with aluminium foil. 5: Once cooked, leave to cool a bit. Then wrap tightly while it is still warm. Leave to rest like this for about a day and your cake will be super moist and delicious.

The Keio Plaza Hotel in Tokyo is celebrating Rilakkuma’s birthday in the sweetest way! The Strawberry Collection with Rilakkuma sweets buffet will be available from January 7 until March 31, 2023 at All-Day Dining Jurin on the hotel’s second floor. The most popular strawberry buffet will be back and better than ever in 2023. Sweets featuring Rilakkuma and his friends will be on full display, including strawberry tarts, tiramisu, and other strawberry-filled sweets. The lazy bear’s favorite pudding and pancakes will also be available along with soothing hot tea for the cold winter months. This will mark the first time that Rilakkuma’s sweets buffet will appear at a hotel.

Kobe is filled with famous sightseeing spots like the nostalgic Ijinkan neighborhood and port. The city is packed with fashionable shops and restaurants and is highly regarded for its selection of tasty sweets!The port city, with over 150 years of history, has fostered a unique and diverse culinary culture. Recently, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu began starring in a series of promotional videos for the Gastropolis Kobe project. The artist traveled to the city to partake in plenty of delicious treats, and MOSHI MOSHI NIPPON went along for the ride! Here are some of the singer's favorite spots around town.
Kobe, known as a city where East meets West, is lined with sweets shops that are unique to the area. The tea salon TOOTH TOOTH Dekoboko Sabo opened in 2019 in the Kobe City Museum and offers a menu that mixes Western food and sweets with tea and ingredients from traditional Japanese cuisine. Kyary ordered the Dekoboko Sabo Afternoon Tea Set, a collection of western sweets blended with the essence of traditional Japanese flavors. Guests are invited to enjoy their tea and sweets in a one-of-a-kind space filled with Meiji period flare and retro Western furniture.
