Moso Calibration will release “Sakurairo Diary” on June 14th, 2017, which is the ending theme for the ongoing anime series “Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend ♭.” Artwork included with the single has been released and features “Niapin” and “LAVILITH,” two separate collaborative music units featuring different members of both Moso Calibration and Dempagumi.inc.
Ayumi Shikata was in charge of the design and photography for the artwork which is packed full of charm and cuteness. She was also responsible for the photography in the recently released artbook of Risa Aizawa of Dempagumi.inc, entitled <Dempagumi.inc Artbook Collection 4 “Risa Aizawa x Ayumi Shikata Kira Kira ‘tte Kagayaku Hoshi wa Doko ni aru no.”
“Niapin” is a unit made up of Fujisaki Ayane (Dempagumi.inc) and Hoshino Nia (Moso Calibration). Their cute artwork features the two members dressed up in golfing gear. The unit’s concept is themed around “those feelings that never quite reach,” which can be heard in the cute and sweet new song “PINKY☆STAR” that is included in the limited edition version of “Sakurairo Diary.” The song is written and produced by PandaBoY who is responsible for having worked on many of Niapin’s songs.
LAVILITH features members Risa Aizawa (Dempagumi.inc) and Usa Sakurano (Moso Calibration). “LAVI” means “will” and “LITH” means “god.” It also plays on the word “labyrinth” and is based around the concept of “cutting through a labyrinth to deliver forth a song.” In the artwork, they use black as the base for their “street gothic” look.
Both Niapin and LAVILITH offer a new kind of fashion with these visuals.
Both units are scheduled to play at “Aso Rock Festival 2017” in Kumamoto Prefecture on Saturday May 27th, and will switch between different groups. Expect to see Mirin Furukawa, LAVILITH, Niapin, Moso Calibration and others in a special collaborative live show.
Moreover, a video has been released teasing an upcoming collaborative café which will be available for a short period of time between May 19th and June 11th for the anime series. The café will be located in “AREA-Q” in Harajuku.

The popular Akihabara-based idol group Dempagumi.inc has announced that the new single The Legend of Ancient Akiba will be released digitally on March 15, 2023. The group first performed the song live on March 5 at J:COM Hall Hachioji during their nationwide ONE NATION UNDER THE DEMPA TOUR. Japanese idol group Dempagumi.inc performed at Team Smile Toyosu PIT this week on February 15 and 16 where they said goodbye to Eimi Naruse, a member who first joined the group back in 2010. During the encore of the second day concert, the group announced that five new members are being added to Dempagumi.inc, bringing the total number up to 10.
The new line-up now includes original members Mirin Furukawa, Risa Aizawa, Ayane Fujisaki, Rin Kaname, and Nagi Nemoto, and new members Aikawa Kozue, Amasawa Rito, Kobato Ria, Sorano Aozora, and Takasaki Hina. They performed the brand new song Princess Dempa Power! Shine On! at the encore. The track was written by Kenichi Maeyamada, also known as Hyadain. They also performed the deep number Future Diver as their new formation.
The new members Aikawa Kozue, Amasawa Rito (RITO/meme tokyo.), Kobato Ria, Sorano Aozora (ARCANA PROJECT), and Takasaki Hina (Niji no Fantastica) will launch Dempagumi.inc into all new heights. Amasawa Rito, Sorano Aozora, and Takasaki Hina’s previous projects, which were meme tokyo., ARCANA PROJECT, and Niji no Fantastica respectively, are units also signed to DearStage like Dempagumi.
The new Dempagumi.inc will hold their first even together at the end of March for fan club members which will be dance rehearsals for future live shows. Details will be announced at a later date.

A collaboration has been announced between Japanese idol group Dempagumi.inc and the 2018 anime series Zombie Land Saga. Titled “Akiba Division vs Saga Division,” the collaboration will see Dempagumi.inc, who are based in Akihabara (also known as Akiba), and Franchouchouーthe idol group from Zombie Land Sagaーwho are based in Saga Prefecture, battle it out.
Details on how this battle will unfold and in what form have yet to be announced, but we can only begin to imagine what a clash between these two would entail: Dempagumi, who are out to save the universe, and Franchouchou, a collective of girls resurrected as zombies to save Saga.
A campaign will be held for two people to win a card signed by the Dempagumi.inc and Franchouchou members will also be held at a later date. Details on how to apply will be announced on Dempagumi’s and Zombie Land Saga’s official Twitter pages.
The first piece of information about the collaboration will be made available in Dempagumi.inc Pia, a special book releasing on April 2, 2020.

After performing in Tokyo and Osaka, female idol group Dempagumi. Inc finished their live house tour on 30th April in Nagoya. A live video of their performance of Inochi no Yorokobi at Diamond Hall, Nagoya has now been released on YouTube. The new song, the music and lyrics of which were composed by Tamaya 2060%, will be released in the form of a single on 26th June. During their live concert, Dempagumi surprised the audience by dropping an unheard-of new song way before its planned release later in the year. Combined with the energy of the girls, the stage was full of excitement.

Dempagumi.inc performed two days at Nippon Budokan on January 6 and 7 to 20,000 fans.
Two new members, Rin Kaname and Nagi Nemoto, joined the group on December 30, 2017. The seven-member group performed a historical set list of the group’s discography to the Budokan crowd.
Both days had their own title. Day one was named “Dempagumi.inc Cosmo Tour 2019 in Nippon Budokan: We Are Dempagumi.inc ~Returning From Space~.” On the second day, titled “Dempagumi.inc Cosmo Tour 2019 in Nippon Budokan: Nemu Yumemi’s Graduation Performance ~A New Journey~,” long-time member Nemu Yumemi departed from the group.
Dempagumi.inc will continue as a six-member unit with Mirin Furukawa, Risa Aizawa, Eimi Naruse, Ayane Fujisaki, Rin Kaname and Nagi Nemoto. They have announced a small tour which will take them to Osaka, Tokyo and Nagoya. Details below.

Dempagumi.inc announced at their two-date solo tour at Sakurazaka Central in Okinawa on October 13 and 14 that they will perform at the Nippon Budokan on January 6 and 7 next year. Group member Nemu Yumemi also announced that she will depart from the group following January 7 and retire from the entertainment industry at the end of March.
Both Budokan shows have their own respective titles. Nemu Yumemi joined Dempagumi.inc in June 2009. November 2018 will mark her 10th anniversary as an entertainer. She has chosen to use the experienced she has gained to walk a new path in life. On August 6th, Moga Mogami announced her departure from the hugely popular idol group Dempagumi.inc. The group are an international sensation, having performed at a huge number of events overseas, drawing them countless fans from all corners of the globe. They have also performed at the MOSHI MOSHI NIPPON FESTIVAL three years in a row, an event managed by the staff here at MOSHI MOSHI NIPPON.
Many fans have expressed their surprise and bewilderment at the sudden news. The members of Dempagumi have also released their comments regarding Moga’s exit, including Moga herself. The comments detail Moga Mogami’s decision to depart from the group, something which wasn’t made in haste and something which brought much concern upon its proposal, and the other members also present their reactions.
We really wanted to post this article for all of the international Dempagumi fans out there. So we have translated both Moga Mogami’s comment and the other members’ comment into English and Chinese.

Today, on August 6th, I took leave of Dempagumi.Inc. I am terribly sorry for such sudden notice.
I still feel strongly about wanting to stand on stage as the 6 of us again. I still love each and every member of the group. Not a single thing has changed in that regard. Unfortunately, however, I cannot balance what my heart desires with my health. The current situation has made it very difficult to continue working as part of Dempagumi.inc.
Even up to now, I have taken time off several times from work due to poor physical health, and it has really gotten me down. I am really sorry.
I cannot rule out that it won’t happen again in the future. It’s something that I have no control over. I do not want to cause any more inconveniences, and so I have decided to take my leave. In all honesty, it has had me concerned for many years now, and I cannot help but feel frustrated.
I have gained much working together as part of Dempagumi.inc over the past 5 years. Me, who loved video games and who just stayed at home all the time, and who had no self-confidence, became able to look people in the eyes and talk to them, was able to live independently, sang and danced in front of people. I laughed, I cried, and was able to make somebody else happy. I am truly grateful to have lived all of it. At the beginning, I was absolutely terrible at singing and dancing, or even having a conversation. Despite that, I received support from lots of people, and thanks to that, as well as all the comments and letters I received, my anxieties were wiped clean and gave me a “right, let’s do this!” attitude. And that’s why I am truly filled with gratitude for everyone that has has been there for me.
But this does not mean that Dempagumi.inc is breaking up, so please continue supporting the rest of the girls.
I intend to continue working independently, as Moga Mogami, once my health improves. My path might be different than the other girls’, but right now my heart wants to continue to keep working hard together with them.

The “MOSHI MOSHI NIPPON FESTIVAL” is part of the MOSHI MOSHI NIPPON Project to spread and deliver Japanese pop culture to the world. The Tokyo-based festival saw 15,000 people attend in 2014, which increased to a staggering 25,000 in 25,000. The festival has also been taken on a world tour around the globe, showcasing Japanese fashion, music, food, anime and much more.
Festivals will be held across a four day period from Thursday November 24th to Sunday November 11th at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium. The 24th and 25th will be a BtoB focused event. Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th will be the MOSHI MOSHI NIPPON FESTIVAL which will deliver a diverse range of opportunities, including live performances from spearhead music artists of Japanese pop culture and a fashion show featuring Japanese models that feature in magazines.
The Second wave of artists for MOSHI MOSHI NIPPON FESTIVAL 2015 in TOKYO have been announced. The festival will take place at Tokyo National Gymnasium for three days from Nov. 26 – 27.
