Anime ‘Yuki Yuna Is A Hero – The Great Mankai Chapter -’ will be airing from October 1 in the Animeism program block.
The artwork for the opening theme ‘Ashita no Hanatachi’ and ending theme ‘Chiheisen no Mukou he’ has been released, with the songs due to release on October 27. The art for ‘Ashita no Hanatachi’ has a majestic atmosphere, while ‘Chiheisen no Mukou he’ features Tomona’s beautiful smile. There are high expectations as to what the tracks will sound like.
The new limited-time “Yuyuyu Hero Club” app has been released to commemorate the new anime, promising exclusive content such as columns and blogs from staff, plus videos and audio content from the cast. Why not download it and see for yourself?

The anime series ‘Yuki Yuna is a Hero’ aired in 2014 and inspired a PlayStation Vita game in 2015. A visual novel was released alongside the DVD and Blu-ray release of the anime, and a second anime season aired between 2017 and 2018. The third season premiered in October 2021, and this collaborative project is commemorating this new work.
The special guest room will feature a lineup of life-sized character panels drawn especially for this event, along with newly-recorded character voices that can only be heard at the hotel. The characters included are Yuna, Mimori, Fu, Itsuki, Karin, and Sonoko. Guests can take home original merchandise and enjoy a full-course dinner inspired by the series. The hotel’s restaurant Tiam will also offer a collaboration lunch set that can also be enjoyed by those not staying at the hotel, and drink orders will come with an original coaster.

It was revealed on a live-streamed show for the 5th anniversary of Yuki Yuna is a Hero that the franchise is getting a third anime season entitled Yuki Yuna is a Hero: The Great Full Blossom Chapter (Dai-Mankai no Shō).
Six projects are in the works as part of the 5th anniversary celebration. They are as follows:
1) A new chapter for the smartphone game
2) The release of the greatest hits album Yuuki no Uta
3) An event in Japan
4) A new serialisation
5) A short anime
6) A new anime series
An official video was released in promotion of the projects.
The staff and cast of the first two seasons of the anime series are reprising their roles for the new season, with Seiji Kishi returning as director. The release date has yet to be announced.
Overseas fans can watch the first season of Yuki Yuna is a Hero on Crunchyroll while the rest is available on Amazon Prime Video.

A short anime entitled Yūki Yūna wa Yūsha de Aru Churutto! which will be based on the smartphone game Yūki Yūna wa Yūsha de Aru Hanayui no Kirameki has been green-lit. It will have an original story featuring superdeformed versions of the characters.
A radio show featuring the voice cast of the three main characters of the Yuki Yuna Is a Hero anime series has also been announced.
To celebrate the 5th anniversary of Yuki Yuna Is a Hero, six exciting projects have been in the works for fans, with the newest being smartphone game.
