The Iberian Pork Mable Bacon Eggs Benedict features crispy, sweet, and sour Iberian maple bacon covered with plump eggs and chopped with a special cheese sauce.

EGGS’N THINGS JAPAN have announced that between October 15 and October 31, their most popular Halloween item ever – the 2018 Halloween Trick Pancakes – will be returning to Eggs’n Things and Eggs’n Things Coffee stores nationwide. 

The black pancake batter is kneaded with cocoa and is topped with subtly sweet pumpkin cream shaped in a cute spider pattern, finished with a swirl of purple taro whipped cream. Eggs’n Things have even hidden a colorful, popping trick inside the pancake.

The Harajuku Chocolate Mint Pancakes speak for themselves. Enjoy a serving of mint flavoured pancakes drizzled in smooth mint cream which is sure to send a refreshing tinge through your nose. It’s topped with an Oreo cookie, chocolate mint ice cream, and served with a side of chocolate sauce.

Two perfect dishes to enjoy an early summer this year, coming to Eggs ‘n Things in Japan this Friday.

XFLAG STORE + HANEDA is a small branch of XFLAG STORE and is located in Terminal 1 of Haneda Airport. On August 13th, they released three energising bubble tea flavours served in a bottle that you can take on board with you when travelling along domestic air routes. The three bubble tea flavours are; MILK TEA, HOJICHA (a type of green tea) and MATCHA. 

These bubble tea flavours are limited to XFLAG STORE + HANEDA and were created with the intention of providing a splash of energizing fun to tiresome travels. 

As long as you screw the lid on properly, you can store your delicious drink in your bag and even carry it onto your flight so you can enjoy it whilst soaring through the clouds. This is the first time a shop at Haneda airport has ever sold a bubble tea drink with the intention of flight passengers taking it on board with them.

Get your summer holidays off to a soaring start with a beautiful bottle of bubble tea. 

OCHABA is set to open as Japan’s first shop specialising in milk tea that uses Japanese tea leaves. The doors will open to the store on floor B1F of Shinjuku Lumine EST on March 22.

With Mount Fuji as their symbol, the shop will open selling a hot Espresso Milk Tea and iced Royal Milk Tea both of which will use tea leaves from Shizuoka.

OCHABA hopes to keep the tradition of Japanese tea while also making it easily accessible in people’s daily lives. They have put much thought into everything from the beverages themselves down to the cups they are served in and logo they are branded with. It doesn’t stop there however as the tea masters at OCHABA also considered what topping would best complement the tea―their choice, warabimochi with brown sugar, which will be in all the drinks.

The history of Japanese tea begins in Nara during the Heian Period. The way it is deliciously poured since then has not been changed with the drinks, but to evolve them into something more modern, they have incorporated a French espresso machine to create a”Japanese tea espresso” for the Espresso Milk Tea.

The Royal Milk Tea has a much different taste, opting to bring out the full delicious of flavour of the tea leaves. This is done by boiling the leaves in milk as soon as the leaves have opened.

For the duration of Golden Week, from April 27 to May 13, the shop will serve fat Quintuple Berry Pancakes, piled with an assortment of their popular berries.

In case you didn’t know, quintuple means ‘five’. As the name suggests, these luxuriously ample and appetising pancakes are stacked with five varieties of berries: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and red currents. The sweet and sour tang of the berries go hand in hand with the accompanying tower of whipped cream. A truly satisfying treat to even look at.

Berry lovers won’t be able to resist the Quintuple Berry Pancake from Eggs ‘n Things. What are you waiting for? Go eat!

The Eggs’n Things – Kyoto Shijo Store- limited pancake item, “Kaoru, Ujimatcha Pancake” will be sold at all Eggs’n Things stores throughout Japan from the 27^th of March 2018 (Tue.) to the 26^th of April 2018 (Thurs.).

Kaoru, Ujimatcha Pancake – 1,500 yen (tax not included)

This is a new type of pancake using matcha custard made of strictly selected Ujimatcha and matcha cheese. This item is great mix of Western and Japanese-style cusine and is a fulfilling/gorgeous product using delicately sweet azuki beans and lots of whipped cream. The monaka (red bean-jam waffle) that comes with the item includes ice cream, azuki beans and shiratama (white rice ball) which tastes like zenzai (Japanese traditional dessert).

This sweets item was first created when Eggs’n Thing’s Kyoto Shijo Store was opened. This item will now be offered at all their stores throughout Japan since they received many requests. For those of who love matcha desserts, this item is a “must try.”
