Japanese singer-songwriter LiSA is releasing a new single called “ASH”!
The first anime tie-up single LiSA released was entitled “oath sign” and was the opening theme song for TV anime “Fate/Zero”. After a six-year wait, the name “LiSA X Fate” has finally made a comeback, and fans cannot contain their excitement for this collaboration!
The full version of the new single “ASH” will be released for preorder on Saturday 30th September at midnight. Not just Fate fans, but fans of LiSA are also waiting in anticipation.
TOKYO MX broadcasts the TV anime “Fate/Apocrypha” in many regions across Japan every Saturday at midnight. From Saturday 30th September, “ASH” will be launched on air for a second cool start.

Mao: Vocalist of SID here – I was in charge of writing the lyrics for “ASH”. “ASH” engages with the theme of confronting an adverse situation, through which you must push forward and live on. I wrote the lyrics specifically for LiSA’s vocals and ensured that they fit well with the theme of the anime “Fate/Apocrypha”. I’ll be so happy if many people love this song. Thank you very much!
Aki: I’m the bassist of SID – Aki! I was in charge of the music for the song “ASH”. I fused Fate/Apocrypha’s dramatic storyline and LiSA’s strong vocals to compose this song. It really brings out the delicate side to LiSA’s vocals. This is a rock song with a desperate feel to it. Please check it out!
The official music video and CD jacket image will be announced in the future. Carrying the successful release of a new single in her arms, LiSA will be surging through the remainder of 2017 with a hall tour that consists of 13 public performances. She will be performing to approximately 25,000 people. Fans are anticipating a lot from her!

Aniplex has released the main visuals for the upcoming Arco Wada exhibition. The event is being held to celebrate Wada’s first artbook, Ai -Arco Wada Fate ART WORKS-, and will be held in both Tokyo and Osaka. In promotion of their new Ver.2.0.0 energy drink, which hit shelves in Japan last Tuesday, ZONe released a TV commercial featuring Japanese artists LiSA and yama. The new beverage, which is advertised as putting people in the zone of invincibility, contains the highest amount of caffeine put in a ZONe drink yet: 150mg of the stuff, which is sure to keep people buzzing throughout the day. It has been announced that the opening theme for the upcoming TV anime series Back Arrow will be performed by LiSA while the ending theme will be performed by Shuka Saitō. Set to air in January 2021, Back Arrow is an original anime series being produced by Studio VOLN, directed by Gorō Taniguchi, and written by Kazuki Nakashima.
The opening theme by LiSA is entitled dawn and was featured in the newest promotional video for the series which you can watch below. It introduces two new characters: Fine Forte (voiced by Ami Koshimizu) and Prax Conrad (Mikako Komatsu).
