A city resort hotel in Osaka located near the bay, Hyatt Regency Osaka will hold the strawberry dessert buffet titled, “Strawberry Mania ～kiss to berry～” which has been gaining popularity every year, from the 6th of January 2018 (Sat.). They are going to offer “adult-like” and “cute” sophisticated desserts containing strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
The icon of the buffet dessert called, “Paris Blest” produced by pastry chef Koji Ouchi has two varieties which are dark red / brown-colored, thick “Strawberry Paris Blest” and “Chocolate Raspberry Blest.”
The new dessert of this season is an eye-catching dessert called “Fregier.” This French strawberry short cake is a recommended item of Ouchi chef. The combination of moose made of custard and butter cream and fresh strawberries is superb.
The chocolate aroma “Browny” which is suitable to be eaten little by little during the winter season has two varieties,“Chocolate” with dripping, dazzling chocolate on top and “Raspberry” made of raspberries. The subtitle ～kiss to berry～ of“Strawberry Cheese Pie” which is a red lipstick color will surely make you happy.
The fountain where you can dip many kinds of strawberries (day-by-day-rotating-basis) such as Amao, Benihoppe and Sanukihime and cupcakes (strawberry & raspberry, blueberry & black current) which has a strong scent of berries are highly recommended.
Moreover, as a savory, they will offer side dishes such as strawberry dressing, salad and sandwiches. A big red sofa is also available where you can take photos with cute strawberry desserts.

The Keio Plaza Hotel in Tokyo is celebrating Rilakkuma’s birthday in the sweetest way! The Strawberry Collection with Rilakkuma sweets buffet will be available from January 7 until March 31, 2023 at All-Day Dining Jurin on the hotel’s second floor. The most popular strawberry buffet will be back and better than ever in 2023. Sweets featuring Rilakkuma and his friends will be on full display, including strawberry tarts, tiramisu, and other strawberry-filled sweets. Recently, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu began starring in a series of promotional videos for the Gastropolis Kobe project.
